The turn of the year brings two significant developments for the evolving building safety regime in England.
This update looks Government's response to its consultation on definitions setting out what will be a 'Higher Risk Building' under the Building Safety Act. The article also looks at the new fire duties being imposed on Responsible Persons coming into force on 23 January under the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.
