Clifford Chance advises the Spanish REIT (SOCIMI) P3 Spain Logistic Parks, one of the leaders in the Spanish long-term logistics real estate industry, on its migration to Portfolio Stock Exchange, the newly created European trading platform.
Clifford Chance's advice covered the de-listing on BME Growth and its simultaneous admission to trading on Portfolio Stock Exchange.
