Renewable Energies: Clifford Chance advises Encavis on refinancing of a solar park portfolio in Italy

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Encavis AG, the producer of electricity from renewable energies listed on the SDAX of the German Stock Exchange, on the refinancing of a 30 megawatt solar park portfolio in Italy. The refinancing was provided by BayernLB as lender.

International Finance Corporation (IFC) on the USD 165 m financing of a ceramic tile plants project in Africa;
the lenders in the innovative financing of a submarine power cable between the UK and Denmark, which is covered by several export credit agencies;
international banking syndicates in the financing of the "La Cabrera" and "Talayuela" solar parks operated by Encavis in Spain.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die Encavis AG, im SDAX der Deutschen Börse gelisteter Produzent von Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien, bei der Refinanzierung eines Solarparkportfolios in Italien durch die BayernLB als Darlehensgeber rechtlich beraten. Die refinanzierten Solarparks haben eine Gesamtkapazität von rund 30 Megawatt.
