Her work spans tech-related law, including data and cyber governance, tech-intensive transactions, digital ethics and emerging technologies. Previously, Inna led the legal team at a global bank, focused on transforming customer experiences through innovation in payments, liquidity, cash management, trade and receivables finance, and wholesale lending. Prior to this, Inna enabled digital initiatives at a multinational financial services corporation, including strategic partnerships with world-renowned tech and digital payments brands. Inna has also served as a key thought leader in the development of banking as a service and data strategies and has practiced as an M&A attorney in private practice.
