Laura Cachón specialises in litigation and intellectual property and unfair competition matters.
Laura has been involved in many multi-jurisdictional disputes on the validity and infringement of patents, utility models and designs. She has also provided legal advice in various matters such as advertising or attending trade fairs.
Laura is also a lecturer for the Masters programme for entry into the legal profession (Máster Universitario de Abogacía) at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has published articles in several Spanish journals.

- Representing one of the biggest tobacco companies in several criminal proceedings in Spain involving the infringement of their well-known trademarks in counterfeit tobacco
