Jovi is a senior associate in the Hong Kong office and a member of the APAC Private Funds Group.
Jovi advises and represents sponsors and institutional investors in the formation and structuring of as well as investment in private investment funds across different alternative investment strategies (including venture capital, private equity and real estate). Jovi also advises clients on GP and LP-led secondaries such as fund recapitalizations and LP portfolio sales.
