Clifford Chance announces new Senior Counsel and Counsel appointments across Europe, with 1 key promotion in Poland

Global law firm Clifford Chance announces the appointment of new Senior Counsel and new Counsel across its European offices, effective 1 May 2026. Among these, one lawyer from the Warsaw office have been promoted: Anna Pawłowska.

Anna Pawłowska is a qualified Polish attorney-at-law specialising in advice for energy sector clients. Anna advises on M&As and investments in energy projects, as well as on project matters including contract negotiations (including trading contracts), regulatory matters, support systems, due diligence, and permitting. In her practice she focuses on renewable energy and energy transition. Anna is recognised by independent legal directory, Legal 500 EMEA, as a recommended lawyer in Energy and Natural Resources in Poland.
