Clifford Chance advises Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing on the sale of the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel
An investment fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), together with its partner QuinSpark Investment Partners (QuinSpark), finalised the sale of the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, a landmark 435‑room hotel, to a consortium of investors managed by Batipart Europe. QuinSpark will continue to serve as operating partner to the consortium.
The Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel is one of Paris’ most prominent upscale hotels, located steps away from the Eiffel Tower and operated by Accor under the Pullman brand. The hotel was acquired in March 2024 by MSREI in partnership with QuinSpark, as part of its strategy to invest in high‑quality hotels in Europe’s leading gateway cities.
Since acquisition, MSREI and QuinSpark have pursued an active value‑creation programme, including operational enhancements, improvements to the guest experience and reductions in energy consumption. As a result, the hotel has achieved strong operating performance and reinforced its positioning in the resilient Paris hospitality market.

Un fonds d’investissement géré par Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), conjointement avec QuinSpark Investment Partners (QuinSpark), a finalisé la cession du Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, un hôtel emblématique de 435 chambres, à un consortium d’investisseurs géré par Batipart Europe. QuinSpark continuera d’intervenir en tant que partenaire opérateur auprès du consortium.
Le Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel est l’un des hôtels haut de gamme les plus emblématiques de Paris. Situé à quelques pas de la tour Eiffel, il est exploité par Accor sous la marque Pullman. L’hôtel avait été acquis en mars 2024 par MSREI en partenariat avec QuinSpark, dans le cadre de sa stratégie d’investissement dans des établissements hôteliers de grande qualité au sein des principales villes européennes.
Depuis son acquisition, MSREI et QuinSpark ont mis en œuvre un programme actif de création de valeur, comprenant notamment des améliorations opérationnelles, l’optimisation de l’expérience client et la réduction de la consommation énergétique. Grâce à ces initiatives, l’établissement affiche de solides performances opérationnelles et a renforcé son positionnement sur le marché hôtelier parisien, reconnu pour sa résilience.
