Clifford Chance advised a US investment fund and its affiliates in the acquisition a €60 million portfolio of NPLs from NOBA Bank Group

The firm has advised a US investment fund and its affiliates in entering into a definitive agreement with Bank Norwegian, the Norwegian branch of NOBA Bank Group AB (publ), a leading European specialist bank, for the acquisition of a portfolio of Swedish non-performing unsecured loans (NPL), with a gross book value of approximately EUR 60 million.
