Clifford Chance advises Erste Group Bank and BCR in the financing of a 49.8 MW wind farm developed by Eolenerg, a Greenvolt - Renovatio joint venture

Clifford Chance Badea, the Bucharest office of global law firm Clifford Chance, advised Erste Group Bank AG and Banca Comercială Română (BCR) in the financing agreement for a 49.8 MW wind farm developed by Eolenerg, a joint venture between Greenvolt and Renovatio.

According to the contract, the wind turbine generators to be installed in the wind farm will be supplied by Vestas, and the project benefits from a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Renovatio Trading.

The latest financing project strengthens the collaborative relationship between Clifford Chance Badea, Erste Bank, and BCR in renewable energy projects.
