Clifford Chance advises Zenobē on €325 million debt facility to fund electric vehicle fleet investment
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Zenobē, a leader in fleet electrification and grid-scale battery storage solutions, on a €325 million debt facility from a syndicate of global and local banks.
The financing supports Zenobē's expansion of its electric fleets-as-a-service offering in Europe. It will enable the introduction of up to 1,000 more electric buses, electric trucks and chargers across the EU/EEA.
The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Julia House, with support from legal director Natalia Veriasova and associate Nourhan Marouf (all in our Debt Finance team). Partner Will Winterton and senior associate Stine-Lise Budge advised on hedging, while partner Jemma Dick and associate Wanipa Ndhlovu advised on tax.
