Clifford Chance hires counsel David Marley continuing expansion of US Insurance practice

Global law firm Clifford Chance has appointed David Marley as counsel in the firm's US Insurance practice, strengthening its insurance transactional and regulatory capabilities.

Marley brings significant transactional experience, with a particular focus in property and casualty sector transactions, including loss portfolio transfers, adverse development covers and other reinsurance structures. He has advised across a diverse client base, including onshore and offshore insurers and reinsurers, as well as private equity sponsors and emerging companies within the insurance and insurtech space.

Dennis Manfredi, co-head of the firm's US Insurance practice says, "Dave's addition continues the growth of our US insurance team and further strengthens our broad capabilities. His deep experience will bolster our reinsurance and capital markets offerings, particularly in the property and casualty market. We are delighted to have him on board."
