Clifford Chance expands European private capital coverage with hire of partner Blake Jones

London: Global law firm Clifford Chance announces today that Blake Jones will join the firm as a partner in its Global Financial Markets team in London as the firm expands its European Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) practice. He joins the firm from Paul Hastings and will begin his role in early 2024.

Blake advises on public and private structured finance, securitisation, asset backed lending with a particular focus on CLOs and fund leverage facilities. He advises originators, managers and arrangers on a range of complex transactions. His experience also extends to ESG securitisation, an area in which he has helped influence the development of ESG criteria in CLOs over the last few years, in an increasingly complicated regulatory landscape.
