Clifford Chance advises RoboSense Technology on its Hong Kong IPO and Listing

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) and perception solutions company RoboSense Technology Co., Ltd on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. RoboSense is the first listing in Hong Kong in 2024. LiDAR is a remote sensing technology that uses light to measure distance or range of objects, and is a key technology in the advancement of automotive and robotic markets.

Partners Christine Xu and Fang Liu led the Clifford Chance team advising on the deal, with support from counsel Queenie Tong, senior associate Emma Bao, associates Chloe Lau, Tao Yang, April Zhang, Karen Yip, Elaine Lau and Kevin Wong, and trainee Jonathan Chan.
