Clifford Chance advises GI Partners on acquisition of Europe’s leading provider of in-building internet connectivity

International law firm Clifford Chance is advising private investment firm GI Partners on its acquisition of ASK4, Europe’s leading provider of in-building internet connectivity to the multi-tenant real estate sector, from Bowmark Capital. GI Partners' data infrastructure team invests primarily in hard asset infrastructure businesses underpinning the digital economy, on behalf of leading institutional investors around the world. ASK4 will be GI Partners’ first data infrastructure investment in Europe.

The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Charlotte Madden with support from senior associates Craig Grant, Mark Inkester, and associates Lewis Barton and Adam Clifton.

Headquartered in the UK, ASK4 operates across 12 European countries and supports over 320,000 customers to provide managed Internet, IT and Internet of Things (IoT) services for multi-tenant buildings including purpose-built accommodation, serving students, working professionals and people in retirement.
