Clifford Chance adds partner Darren Littlejohn to US derivatives practice
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance announced today the hiring of derivatives and structured finance partner Darren Littlejohn to its US Structured Finance team.
Littlejohn has extensive experience advising investment banks, fund managers, corporations and other end users on structuring, regulatory analysis, and documentation of complex derivatives across a broad range of asset classes. His legal career of more than 15 years spans private practice and in-house counsel roles.
