Clifford Chance welcomes partner Vadim Avdeychik to US Funds & Investment Management practice

New York: Clifford Chance announced today that Vadim Avdeychik has joined the firm's US Funds & Investment Management team as a partner in New York. Avdeychik will focus on registered funds, business development companies (BDCs) and other specialty finance and regulatory mandates, while adding depth to the firm's existing private funds, capital markets and regulatory offerings.

Avdeychik brings more than ten years of experience advising mutual, closed-end, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), BDCs, hedge funds, and their investment advisers. He advises on the formation and ongoing operation of registered investment companies and BDCs, alternative funds, governance and regulatory issues involving public and private funds, and Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act status issues and exemptions in addition to counseling asset managers and financial investors on environmental, social and governance (ESG) investments and regulation.
