Clifford Chance further strengthens its Amsterdam Corporate and M&A practice with the hire of Stephanie Horowitz as partner
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance welcomes Stephanie Horowitz as partner into its global Corporate and M&A practice in Amsterdam as of 1 December 2021. Stephanie joins Clifford Chance from Allen & Overy, where she worked for 14 years covering both public and private M&A work. She has a strong track record of domestic and cross-border transactions where she has acted for clients including financial investors and corporate enterprises.

Stephanie has vast corporate law experience, with a focus on public and private M&A and joint ventures, including buy-side acquisitions, sell-side divestments and strategic combinations. She joined Allen & Overy in 2007 after graduating from the University of Amsterdam and obtaining a Masters of Law degree at the University of Pennsylvania.
