Clifford Chance advises Moelis on AUD$212 million digital healthcare IPO
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Moelis Advisory Australia Pty Ltd in its roles as underwriter to the AUD$212 million initial public offering (IPO) of OneView Healthcare PLC on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
OneView Healthcare is headquartered in Dublin and provides software solutions that integrate hospital's IT systems onto one technology platform. It allows hospital staff, clinicians and patients to use the bedside terminal for a range of different purposes including health monitoring, and entertainment for the patient.
Lead partner on this matter Lance Sacks offers, "We've seen a lot of activity in the past 12 months in the technology sector. We are expecting this to increase as businesses evolve to compete with more innovative and disruptive enterprises entering the market both here and overseas."
Lance was supported by associates Terence Kwong in London and Alexandra Boxall in Sydney.
He continues, "The deal follows a string of transaction work for us in Australia having recently advised manufactured home estate provider Gateway Lifestyle on its AUD$500 million IPO, shareholders of Menulog Group on its proposed acquisition by Just Eat for AUD$855 million, and on the initial public offering of relocation services-on-demand start-up, Updater, Inc."
