Clifford Chance advises Union Investment on the sale of the Laim 290 property in Munich
Clifford Chance advised Union Investment Real Estate GmbH on the sale of the Laim 290 office building in Munich to an institutional investor. Union Investment is selling the property from its open-ended UniImmo: Deutschland fund.
The property, located on the busy Landsberger Strasse in Munich, is a seven-storey office and commercial building with 10,381 square metres of rental space.
The Clifford Chance team comprised partner Cornelia Thaler and senior associate Dennis Blechinger (both Real Estate, Frankfurt).
Clifford Chance has advised Union Investment on a number of major real estate transactions over the years, including the recent sale of the "ABC-Forum" in Hamburg, the purchase of a commercial building in Berlin and a property in the MainTor district in Frankfurt in 2014 as well as the acquisition of the "Kröpcke-Center" in Hanover and "Hotel Meliá" in Düsseldorf in 2013.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die Union Investment Real Estate GmbH beim Verkauf des Geschäftshauses "Laim 290" in München an einen institutionellen Investor beraten. Union Investment veräußert das Objekt aus ihrem offenen Immobilienfonds UniImmo: Deutschland.
Das an einer der Hauptverkehrsstraßen Münchens (Landsberger Straße) gelegene Objekt besteht aus einem siebengeschossigen Büro- und Geschäftshaus und umfasst 10.381 Quadratmeter Mietfläche.
Das Beratungsteam von Clifford Chance bestand aus Partnerin Cornelia Thaler und Senior Associate Dennis Blechinger (beide Real Estate, Frankfurt).
Clifford Chance berät Union Investment seit vielen Jahren bei größeren Immobilientransaktionen, so zum Beispiel jüngst beim Verkauf des "ABC-Forum" in Hamburg, 2014 beim Erwerb eines Geschäftshauses in Berlin und eines Objekts im MainTor Areal in Frankfurt und 2013 beim Erwerb des "Kröpcke-Centers" in Hannover und des "Meliá"-Hotels in Düsseldorf.
