Clifford Chance advises CTBC Bank on Formosa bond issued by RBI
Clifford Chance has advised CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. on the issuance of US-$ 75 million multi-callable zero coupon notes issued by Raiffeisen Bank International AG ("RBI"). The notes are due in 2044.
This is the first so-called Formosa bond issued by RBI, which was placed in Taiwan and listed on the GreTai Securities Market.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. bei der Emission einer Multi-Callable Nullkupon-Anleihe im Volumen von 75 Millionen US-Dollar mit einer Laufzeit von 30 Jahren durch die Raiffeisen Bank International AG ("RBI") beraten.
Es handelt sich um die erste sogenannte Formosa-Anleihe der RBI, die in Taiwan platziert und am GreTai Securities Market notiert wurde.
