Leading international law firm Clifford Chance announces it has advised Com Hem, the leading Swedish pay television supplier, on its agreement with TiVo

The agreement will enable the TiVo solution on Com Hem's cable television and IPTV network delivering traditional television content, video on demand (VOD) libraries, over the top (OTT) content and applications (apps) through a fully integrated viewing experience including the traditional set top box through TiVo's tablet, smartphone, and browser-based experiences. 

The Clifford Chance team was led by Daniel Sandelson and Kirsty Foy of the TMT Group with support from James Plummer, associate.
