Sustainability and Competition Law: Competition and Markets Authority publishes advice to Government

Alex Nourry, Daniel Harrison and Jordan Bernstein discuss the environmental and sustainability advice given by the CMA to the UK Government in March 2022. They point to the legislative and regulatory steps which may be taken in response and discuss recent sustainability initiatives within competition law.
