Spain. Coronavirus. State of Emergency and listed companies (i): aspects relating to the company bodies

As part of the measures included in Royal Decree-Law 8/2020, of 17 March, on extraordinary urgent measures to address the economic and social impact of COVID-19 ("RDL 8/2020"), some provisions have been included that are directed specifically at listed companies (Article 41), which are supplemented by other measures generally applicable to "private law legal persons" and, among others, corporations (Article 40).
