Coronavirus: Germany to take Emergency Measures in Response to Covid-19 Pandemic

According to a draft law published by the German Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection on 23 March 2020, the German Federal Government intends to implement certain emergency measures to mitigate the negative effects of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Covid-19 pandemic) in the areas of civil law, corporate law, insolvency law and the law of criminal procedures.
