In April 2017, the FCA published its Mission and committed to giving further details about how it proposes to regulate firms and individuals in the financial services sector.  On 21 March 2018, it published a consultation paper setting out its approach to enforcement (alongside a separate paper detailing its approach to supervision). This briefing sets out the key take-away points from the FCA's enforcement approach document.
