Belgian 2018 corporate tax reform published today - What's the impact for our clients' businesses?

The long-awaited 2018 Belgian corporate tax reform has finally been voted and was published earlier today in the Belgian State Gazette.
We have briefly summarised the most important of the newly-adopted measures and the impact they will have on our clients' business.
Most of these measures had been expected as they are in line with the initial government proposals, but some important questions remain open for a few of the new measures.
