ICC Examines the Use of International Arbitration by Financial Institutions

An extensive report issued recently by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) confirms that arbitration is appropriate for resolving disputes in many fields of banking and finance activity, dispelling previously held conceptions that it is not.
