Under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services (the "AFAS") qualified foreign-majority owned entities established in Thailand may conduct businesses as agreed in the AFAS in Thailand as the AFAS exempts qualified foreigners from some of the restrictions under the Foreign Business Act.
