CSRC has just issued the Rules on the Sale of Shares by Major Shareholders, Directors, Supervisors and Senior Management of Listed Companies, which will become effective as from 9 January 2016. This initiative is an important confirmation of CSRC's continued determination to stabilize the Chinese stock markets.
