Terry Yang heads the financial markets practice in Greater China, and specializes in financial markets regulation, structured finance and fintech matters in Greater China.

Terry has worked on a number of significant financial markets projects in Greater China, including the establishment of Stock Connect, Bond Connect and Swap Connect, as well as liberalization of the Qualified Foreign Investor scheme and introduction of cross border payment links. He regularly advises buy-side and sell-side participants on financial markets transactions, including navigating the increasingly complex geopolitical landscape and sanctions regimes.

Terry regularly speaks at industry conferences on financial regulatory developments affecting China and Hong Kong.
