This is our first publication of Insurance Global. This half yearly publication highlights legal developments on the global horizon and outlines the key challenges facing both established and emerging insurance markets in the coming months.

Although insurance and reinsurance is increasingly global, the underpinning infrastructure supporting these markets is often localised.
