Changes to admissions requirements of ASX Listing Rules

The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) has advised that amendments to the admission requirements under the ASX Listing Rules will come into effect on 1 November 2012.
The announcement allows a three-month transition period for entities currently in the process of applying for admission under the existing regime.
The amendments to the Listing Rules follow industry feedback on proposals released for comment by ASX in April of this year.
