Ouns Lemseffer specialises on project finance, acquisition finance, financial regulation, securitisation and capital markets in the Francophone Africa region. She is also very active in the field of mergers and acquisitions and private equity, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors in North and West Africa.

Ouns is the Africa Practice Leader for Capital Markets, Financial Regulatory & Structured Finance and the co-head of Francophone Africa.
