She also advises fund sponsors on their carried interest and co-investment arrangements, and has experience advising on the management structures of such sponsors.

- Infracapital on the establishment of its first greenfield infrastructure fund (£1.25 billion) and its separate mandate UK digital infrastructure investment vehicle for the UK government (£100 million)
- Stirling Square Capital Partners in relation to the establishment of the Stirling Square Capital Partners Third Fund (€600 million in commitments)
