  • Advising the Steering Committee on the USD$30 billion Russian Vnesheconombank "loans for bonds" London club restructuring
  • Advising the Steering Committee on the global restructuring of Indonesia's trade debt (on the USD$19.6 billion 1999 exchange offer, the USD$2.7 billion 2000 exchange offer and the INDRA trade debt exchange offer)
