Ines Keitel advises medium-sized and large national and international companies on all issues relating to individual and collective labour law, especially with regard to employee representation, data privacy law and compliance, as well as the implementation of corporate policies and codes of business ethics in view of regulatory requirements.
A major part of her work focuses on the data privacy and employment aspects of internal investigations, including advice on employment sanctions following such investigations.
