Ines Keitel leads our German employment & pensions practice. She advises companies on individual and collective labour law, with a focus on restructurings (in- and outside of M&A and private equity transactions), regulated remuneration and compliance matters.
Most of of her work focuses on international projects at the intersection of regulatory, White Collar, data privacy and HR compliance, as well as whistleblowing and the data privacy/AI and employment aspects of internal investigations. She regularly litigates in court for banks and other companies. She has recently (2025) been named by JUVE one of the most sought-after experts on board level matters. Ines leads the firm's global whistleblowing response. Ines is a member of our European ESG Board and the firm's global tech leadership.
