Sam Clinton-Davis is an associate in the Corporate Group of Clifford Chance in New York. He represents domestic and international private equity houses, their portfolio companies and corporate clients on a wide range of matters including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, fundraisings, minority and growth capital investments, PIPEs, IPOs and corporate reorganizations.
