Michael represents agent banks on secured and unsecured syndicated REIT credit facilities, and represents life insurance companies, real estate funds and joint ventures in commercial real estate financings, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and workouts. Michael also represents life insurance companies in asset-based lending transactions and CLO warehouse facilities.
