Jessica Fitch is a Senior Associate in the Private Funds Group, specialising in the establishment and offering of private funds, including advising managers on the structuring and marketing of such funds.
Jessica also advises investors in relation to transfers of interests from such funds and has experience of assisting fund managers with restructuring private funds to address regulatory or other changes. Her experience includes advising global investment firms and emerging markets sponsors on funds relating to debt, private equity and real estate.
