Brian Gardner is an associate in the Tech Group, primarily representing large financial institutions, global technology companies, and manufacturers. He advises clients on technology, artificial intelligence, data, privacy, and other transactional matters.
Brian works closely with the Complex Commercial Transactions team, supporting the drafting and negotiation of business process and technology agreements. Driven by a strong interest in innovative technologies, Brian’s practice focuses on emerging artificial intelligence and cybersecurity regulations. Before becoming an attorney, Brian was a senior consultant in Strategy & Transaction Services at a multinational consulting firm. In this role, Brian gained extensive experience in corporate spin-offs and was one of six winners of the 2020 TaxTakeOne global competition.
