Brian Gardner is an Associate in the Transaction Pool, predominately servicing clients in the Tech Group and the Corporate Group.

Before becoming an attorney, Brian was a consultant in International Tax and Transaction Services. There, he specialized in corporate spin-offs and was one of six winners of the 2020 TaxTakeOne global competition.
