Anna Łyczakowska focuses on competition law. She also has experience in cases concerning economic analyses and financial reporting.

Anna gained her experience at the Clifford Chance offices in Warsaw and Brussels and while working at one of the Big Four auditors.

She has acted for clients from various sectors including e-commerce, international equity funds, financial institutions, companies from the telecommunications, press, and cement sectors. Her experience includes antitrust law, including merger control, position of dominance, cartel cases and actions for damages for infringements of competition law. She advises clients with respect to proceedings before the OCCP, Polish courts as well as the European Commission. She has also participated in cases, including market inquires and investigations, conducted by other national competition authorities, such as the CMA and the ICA.
