Stephanie Proost is part of the Energy & Infrastructure group in Amsterdam and specializes in real estate transactions as well as asset management related matters. Stephanie advises, amongst others, developers and long-term investors (both Dutch institutional and international investors) on significant complex projects with a focus on both national and pan-European real estate transactions, covering all asset classes (residential, hotel, retail, logistics, and office space), as well as major (re)development projects and sale and leaseback structures. This includes the negotiating, drafting and advising in relation to various project documents and lease related matters.
