Marijke van der Weide has broad and extensive experience in debt capital market and private structured finance transactions, including securitisations and asset-based transactions. Her experience encompasses various asset types, such as residential and buy-to-let mortgages, auto and equipment lease, consumer loans and trade receivables. She advises (inter)national corporate enterprises, lease companies, mortgage providers and financial institutions, including banks, financial investors and insurance companies, across a wide range of structured finance transactions.
