Udo Prinz

Udo Prinz specialises in financial regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions in the financial sector, as well as in securities, derivatives, finance, insolvency, corporate and general banking law matters. Udo further specialises in the digitalisation of financial services, Fintech and insurance and reinsurance regulatory work. He advises all kinds of financial institutions and their counterparties and investors.

Udo is a member of committees of the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) on financial regulation topics. He is a regular contributor to legal journals and former associate lecturer (Chargé de Cours Associé) at the University of Luxembourg in international financial laws and regulations.
