Anne-Lise Vandevoir

Anne-Lise advises clients on legal, regulatory and organisational aspects of the structuring, management and servicing of both investment funds and investment funds managers. Anne-Lise has a strong focus on financial regulatory matters, including advising a wide range of regulated professionals of the Luxembourg financial sector such as investment fund managers, investment firms and financial service providers, like fund administrators and depositaries. She actively collaborates with various industry associations, notably on fund distribution and AML/CFT matters, as well as on fund-related Fintech regulations, including those relating to digital assets and fund tokenisation.

  • Investment Fund Managers (AIFM, UCITS ManCo and MiFID Top-Up): regulatory advice in relation to the authorisation, implementation, organisation, restructuring and/or day-to-day functioning of investment fund managers incorporated in Luxembourg (e.g. AIFMD, distribution, outsourcing, AML/CFT, MiFID).
  • Alternative Investment Funds: regulated and non-regulated alternative investment fund structuring and ongoing operational advice with a focus on regulated funds, such as specialised investment funds (SIF), UCI Part II funds and ELTIF funds, and across asset classes.
