- Advising an international technology company in a breach of warranty claim
- Investigation into bullying and harassment by an activist in a major UK political party
- Representing a State-owned energy client in ICC international arbitration proceedings (commenced and won by the client) against one of its main contractors in relation to the design, fabrication and installation of an offshore wind farm (€200 million).
- Representing Mr Talal El Makdessi in the landmark English Supreme Court case of Cavendish v Makdessi, in which the English law on contractual penalty clauses was revised, and in parallel proceedings in Hong Kong.
