Su Lin Khor is an associate in Clifford Chance’s Global Asset Finance Group and has a wide range of financing, operating leasing, tax leasing and structured finance experience involving aircraft, rolling stock and other transportation assets.
In 2016 Su Lin completed a nine month secondment with SMBC Aviation Capital in Dublin.
- Advised the Rock Rail consortium in relation to the £1 billion purchase, leasing and debt financing of Bombardier rolling stock for the South Western Trains franchise
- Advised SMBC Aviation Capital on the combined pre-delivery payment financing and sale and leaseback of two new Airbus 350-900 aircraft to be operated by Philippines Airlines
- Advised several leasing companies in connection with aircraft portfolio sales involving multiple airlines and jurisdictions
