Sean is a Senior Associate in the intellectual property team. He advises on a wide range of commercial and contentious intellectual property law matters.
Sean has a particular focus on transactional work, including IP licensing, collaboration, joint venture, sponsorship and event hosting agreements, as well as M&A support and separation matters involving IP rights. He has worked with a wide range of clients, from start-ups to large corporations, within the technology, sports, media, entertainment, financial and FMCG sectors.
