Rosamund is a Director in the London office of the Global Employment law team at Clifford Chance. She is a solution focused and strategic international employment lawyer (admitted to practice law in England & Wales, Hong Kong and Ireland).
Leveraging her significant prior in house international experience as Global Head of Employment law at two large publicly listed multi-national companies, Rosamund is skilled at advising clients across the spectrum of international people risk including employee relations, HR compliance, cross border investigations, reward, global mobility, culture and well-being, whistleblowing, litigation, M&A, outsourcing and employment law related data privacy and AI issues, providing innovative solutions at scale and mitigating risks in the context of broader commercial considerations.
Rosamund is a passionate champion of diversity and inclusion, mentoring high-potential professionals and driving impactful initiatives that promote equity and inclusion in the most challenging global jurisdictions. She is also a well-being and mental health advocate responsible for role modelling and spear-heading multiple initiatives to help organizations shape their well-being strategy.
